Leading the revival and redevelopment of Project ReL, a curriculum-aligned learning platform for Deaf students in Ghana. Owning product direction and platform engineering across backend architecture, learning workflows, stakeholder engagement, accessibility, and ongoing research into sign-language AI and Ghanaian Sign Language integration.

Building the backend for Port, an internal collaboration and communication tool used by the nGOT team, while completing hands-on AI/ML training through project-based sprints. Training covers applied LLM workflows, RAG systems, agentic architectures, and deployment-oriented engineering practices.

Worked inside a large-scale fintech operation across MoMo internal systems, MoMo App, and MoMo Open APIs. Built a customer support agent covering 15 MoMo service topics - XtraCash, MoMo Advance, account management & security precautions, and more - with a three-layer retrieval system: semantic search first, keyword fallback second, and full context injection as a last resort to eliminate hallucinations. Collaborated across product, BI, engineering, and operations teams.

Part of the tech leadership team at Enactus KNUST, supporting the Head of Technology in managing the chapter's tech operations. Own the automation and internal tooling side - building systems for mass emails, project data, and member management. Contributed to the chapter website and support other divisions and projects with tech solutions.
